What’s happening at Gunpowder

Attention all Golfers...

June 1 - June 6 will be extra pleasurable days to come play- course will be less crowded than usual since members will be out of town for a tournament at Shenvalee.

Come out and play!

April 2010

Thursday night league starts Thursday April 15th.

Entrance to the course has been widened and repaved.

November 2009

Work begins to widen and repave the entrance to the course.

October 2009

Gunpowder employees plant several new trees and flowers at the course entrance as part of Prince George’s County’s “Gorgeous Prince George’s” program.

September 2009

New housing development underway next to holes 3 and 6.

Cart Path paving began in September 2009. Approximately half of the paths are now paved. We hope to pave the remainder of the paths in the spring of 2010.
